Extended Returns 🎁

Online orders purchased from the 1st of November 2023 can be returned up until the 31st of January 2024.

Returns are free!

We always hope that you're 100% satisfied with your order, but in the unlikely event in which you may not be, you may return unused, unworn goods in their original packaging and labels attached, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.  

Once we have received your item(s), please allow up to 10 workings days for us to process your return.

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for this to appear in your bank account.

1. Go to www.yodel.co.uk/returns/zulu

2. Enter your order number (it's printed on your delivery note), your email address and select a return reason. Agree to the terms and conditions and click ‘Continue'

3. Pack your item(s) in your return parcel, and kindly enclose your return form seen below.

4. Drop off your parcel at your local Yodel Store, and hold onto your email receipt/reference number in the unlikely event your parcel gets lost on its way to us, we’ll need this to complete the refund!

5. Once we've received your return, we'll send you an email to let you know and then process any refunds within 5 working days.

International Returns

For any international returns, please contact us at info@islandgreengolf.co.uk so that we may direct your return to the correct international return hub. 

Returns Exclusions

The following goods may not be returned for a refund unless faulty: 

◾ Any worn items 
◾ Any other items of clothing that are not in their original packaging with labels attached

Faulty Goods

For purchases under 30 days from the date of receipt We will exchange the faulty item at our expense which we will send you a pre-paid return label for.

For purchases over 30 days from the date of receipt but less than 12 months old, please send back the faulty item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault, your order number or actual date of purchase and your daytime contact telephone number. Once received we will inspect the item and repair, replace, offer a like for like replacement or return the item if we feel there has been no manufacturing fault. Any items over that period have been purchased outside of our 12 month policy cannot be accepted.
