How can we help?



What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, please refer to our size guides, which you can find here. They’re also located underneath the available sizes for each of our products!

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed and accepted, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled, therefore, if you are no longer in need of it, we ask that you kindly return the item(s) back to us for a refund. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Debit/Credit Card Payments. 


What is the shipping policy?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that the order has been accepted and our team will then send another notification of when your order has been dispatched with the tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear.

What are your shipping costs?

Island Green offers FREE standard delivery (1-3 days) across all UK orders.  

When are orders dispatched?

Orders placed by 12:00 GMT Monday to Friday are dispatched same day.

Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day

Please note, we do not dispatch orders on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and over UK Bank Holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently not able to ship orders internationally, but we are working hard to resume this service!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We always hope that you're 100% satisfied with your order, but in the unlikely event in which you may not be, you may return unused, unworn goods in their original packaging and labels attached, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. 

The buyer is responsible to cover postage costs, unless, an error has been made on our behalf. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (ie. Royal Mail, Parcel Force etc) and that you retain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit back to us. 

Once we have received your item(s), please allow up to 10 workings days for us to process your return.

International Returns:
The buyer is responsible for the return of the goods, please contact us at that we may direct your return to the correct international return hub. 

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for this to appear in your bank account. 

What can I not return back to you?

The following goods may not be returned for a refund unless faulty: 

Any worn items Any other items of clothing that are not in their original packaging with labels attached. 

I've received a faulty item, what do I do next?

In the very unlikely event you receive a faulty item, we'd like to firstly send our sincere apologies!

For purchases under 30 days from the date of receipt We will exchange the faulty item at our expense which we will send you a pre-paid return label for.

For purchases over 30 days from the date of receipt but less than 12 months old, please send back the faulty item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault, your order number or actual date of purchase and your daytime contact telephone number. Once received we will inspect the item and repair, replace, offer a like for like replacement or return the item if we feel there has been no manufacturing fault. Any items over that period have been purchased outside of our 12 month policy cannot be accepted.
